You can input details in the note section of the appointment request. This time is your "pick up appointment window".
If you would like to purchase an electronic gift certificate online, please follow the next tabs to purchase online.
If you would like to purchase in advance of gifting and print or forward the gift certificate to gift to the recipient yourself at a time of your choosing, please enter YOUR email address.
If you would like the gift certificate to be emailed directly to the recipient at the time of purchase, please enter THEIR email address.
