Missed Appointments

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside especially for you - and ONLY you.

That said, the policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the $30.00 missed appointment fee.

Repeat missed appointments and/or same day cancellations will not be allowed to reserve future appointments.

Missed payments will also be barred from making or keeping reservations of future appointments.

 

Cancellations

In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please leave a message by phone or email. A minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment time is appreciated. The more advanced the notice, the better the chances of another patient being booked in. This helps to reduce the amount of time others are waiting for care.

We understand that weather, road conditions, and unforeseen circumstances arise, and your health and safety is our primary concern, if you are unable to keep your appointment, please advise us with as much advanced notice as possible.  If you need to change your appointment, simply select a new appointment and put a note in the request to cancel the previously booked appointment. All appointments booked are considered weather and wellness permitting.   

If you are ill, have an infectious condition or have been a close contact without Personal Protective Equipment, please post-pone your appointment. Services will not be rendered.

 

 

 

Note: We recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and so your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
